Please make ensure the right address is entered at checkout.
We cannot replace products that were sent to the wrong address on customers part.
In the event of a lost or stolen package, a claim must be made to your local carrier and a claim will also be made on our end. We will require proof of claim submitted and then we may proceed with sending a replacement.
Please bare in mind, we are a small business so the re-issuance of product and shipping, as an out of pocket cost, affects us tremendously. Please review your order and have it shipped to a place where there are no issues to receive your packages.
